Wednesday, July 16, 2008 — 3E Company®, the leading provider of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, today announced that Kevin O'Hare has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and Joe Lawless has been appointed Vice President of Global Sales. Mr. O'Hare and Mr. Lawless both bring significant strategic expertise in their respective domains to the leadership team. They will leverage this experience to sustain 3E Company's rapid growth and expansion.

Mr. O'Hare has been a successful leader at both public and private information based companies, including those experiencing rapid growth phases. Much of his recent experience has been with information service providers and content-based businesses with recurring revenue subscription models. He joins 3E Company from YP One Publishing, Inc., an independent yellow pages publisher in the United States and Canada with distribution to over 3.4 million homes and businesses. Prior to joining YP One Publishing, Mr. O'Hare held a range of senior executive positions with Healthology, a premier producer and distributor of physician-generated health and medical information that merged with iVillage, Inc. in 2005 and was acquired by NBC Universal in 2006. He has worked in several countries over the course of his twenty-five year career, including Europe, Africa and Asia. As Chief Financial Officer of 3E Company, Mr. O'Hare will be responsible for managing the Company's finances and continuing its rapid financial growth. He will also be tasked with implementing mergers, acquisitions and other expansion opportunities.

Mr. Lawless brings significant strategic sales expertise from information based businesses including enterprise software systems to 3E Company. Throughout his twenty-five year career, Mr. Lawless has succeeded in helping companies drive revenue growth at a rate of 50% or better while helping them scale during the expansive growth phase of their lifecycle. He joins 3E Company from Princeton Softech, a leading enterprise data management company that was acquired by IBM in 2007. During his tenure at Princeton Softech, Mr. Lawless led the sales efforts that doubled the company's revenue over a two year period. He has also held sales leadership positions with KVS, a leader in e-mail archiving, and with Verity, a global leader in information retrieval systems and services, where he led the sales team that was responsible for 200% growth from 1998-2001. While at KVS, he was responsible for accelerating growth to 50% a year, which resulted in the company's acquisition by Veritas in 2004. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Lawless will be charged with managing 3E Company's global sales team, expanding customer relationships and penetrating new accounts as well as responding to new market opportunities.
