This integration will enable businesses to analyze, understand, and manage the impact of regulations on their raw material, component, and product inventories. EH&S professionals can now access relevant chemical regulatory information directly from their chemical inventory MSDSs, providing a unique, unparalleled blend of resources for managing EH&S compliance needs at both the product and chemical constituent levels.

3E Online MSDS now provides direct insight from the MSDSs to Ariel's comprehensive global regulatory content, which spans more than 650 regulatory lists, 320,000 substances and 60+ countries throughout the world. Integrating the two industry-leading solutions creates advanced capabilities for managing vendor MSDSs and the associated chemical data that offers customers complete visibility and control over the impact of specific chemical regulations on their product and raw material inventories.

The integrated solution uses an innovative regulatory impact analysis feature that enables 3E Online users to better understand the business impact of regulatory changes on their raw materials, components and products within their inventories. Information obtained from the regulatory impact analysis can then be used to support decisions regarding raw materials sourcing, substitutions, and product/formulation management. This information is also useful in developing facility risk profiles, safety management policies and protocol development, and worker training to maintain and improve ongoing workplace safety programs. The robust, intuitive and easy to use tool will enhance and aid both product safety and workplace safety programs.

Other new features of the integrated solution include:

· A Regulatory Analysis Matrix that offers a snapshot by product or location, with graphical indicators so users can see what products are impacted by regulations contained within their created queries.
· Access to user defined queries, using the My WebInsight feature within 3E Online and the ability to run them against their 3E Online product inventory.
· Regulatory summary reports, including reports by product that provide additional details related to the product and its constituents.
