3E Company is seeking an exceptional Sales professional with the drive and initiative to exceed sales targets. We are looking for someone in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area to develop plans for obtaining new customers, effectively prospect within a new territory and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed quota in the state of Ohio and Western PA.
This position is focused on selling outsourced hazardous materials information management services to a wide range of customers. To achieve success, the sales professional must be capable of working with a medium to long complex sales cycle where multiple face to face customer meetings are required. This includes solution selling and needs analysis with several co-decision makers within the customer's organization, ranging from the Safety or Environmental manager to an Officer level executive. To accomplish this, you must be able to understand all facets of regulated hazardous materials management that is required of customers, and, the outsourced information and management market. Developing product strategies to meet specific customer needs for these services is critical. In addition, this person will build a network of excellent core relationships and networks within a customer's organization and the EH&S community. A consultative selling process is used by the sales professional to present a business case for 3E Company solutions.
This is a high-income competitive sales position with a clear objective of always meeting or Exceeding quota.
The successful sales professional will have at least 5 years of outside sales experience, familiar with working out of a home office and be prepared to travel extensively to maximize contact time with customers at their locations within the assigned territory. Some overnight travel required. No relocation assistance will be provided.
